General Rules
01: Invitations are out in good spirits for clearly spelt congenial intents only for right visits. Do note that ‘select’ / ‘copy’ / functions (from Portal >>> Media Engines / SPARSH Initiatives); are duly disabled. No venturing on, no ‘testing’ skills with nor otherwise experimenting act at all! The one & all are earnestly requested not to try to play with portals in any way. All are & strictly be warned: Activities being duly been monitored all thru, any untoward act shall be dealt with very strict actions thereto.
02: Contestants to e-mail SSG about intents to participate along with details with real, legal identified name, Cell #, e-mail id & full physical courier address, confirm link upon outputs are uploaded on the net / channel on the would be provided access.
Soft copies of Authentic IDs / Docs of Winning Contestants shall be required. Bank a/c #s of winners may be asked for bank transfers. No nomination replacement by third parties shall be entertained for the purposes.
03: Extra patience, grasps of the core concepts amounting times for mainframes shall be basic & good investment for this. Contestant/s may produce & present multiple Proper AV Outputs / Broadcasts. Each legitimate individual entry shall be an ‘entity-candidate’ for adjudgment.
04: With due credits to ‘Contestant/s Teams & Cos / involved Third Parties’ in the making of Proper AV Outputs; any & all such AV outputs along with deemed copyrights shall be & always be treated as legitimate property of SSG Flagships (& Group of Companies, collectively). Thereby, SSG rightly, shall have every right to refer, present, download/ save/ modify, reproduce, utilize including on own channels, forward links of the same as may be deemed fit.
05: Source codes of forms / formats if any & all related Rights shall swiftly be provided to SSG.
06: Contestants shall also have to broadcast promote such AVs at least for a duration of 24 months from airing on their respective channels also promote all over but shall neither do on own nor lease to / allow others anytime for any commercial use of (without an express written permission from SSG), nor partly / fully transfer, to any third party, nor have any copyrights of even over own recreations (this is also applied to related Third Party Cos / Associates) & from SSG none shall ever claim any profits / returns for, neither challenge infringement nor take any sort of or otherwise / untoward / legal action against nor seek compensation from SSG.
07: SSG shall, also not be responsible to / for any outside claims, refs / edits & always & all times, be indemnified of / from / for any & all such aspects; what / where or whoso ever with.
08: Participated or not, raw or final AV outputs related to / based on SSG & Cos’ portals/ infos entitle SSG & Cos of one & all of the Rights, whether expressly written in clauses or not. For all such outputs, related present & in future stipulations / legal, techno-commercial enforcements along with rules, regulations, terms & conditions to digital /soft copies, forms, formats, all related Rights, Ownerships of such properties shall be in full favours of SSG & Cos; & non-negotiable at all times.
All of the Award / Prize amounts, to the Adjudged Winners, shall be paid either by a/c payee crossed cheques, Transfer to winners’ bank a/cs or a suitable mode SSG decides. Brief details of each of the Winners shall be Displayed on the portal, notified by SMS, Phone, e-mailed with scanned copies of cheques & be couriered to the respectively given postal addresses.
09: All participants shall receive due credits & appreciations for active participations.
Selections of Award / Prizes by SSG Secretariats / Commissioners shall be final, binding & unchallenged (factors like Contents, perspectives of / for / from viewers, out Reaches, #of views, viewerships’ likes, intelligent comments, questions shall also be imp aspects to back the final results).
